The Conference Random Physical Systems will take place in December 11-15, 2018, in Puerto Natales, Patagonia.
The aim of this conference is to bring together researchers in Probability and Mathematical Physics and discuss future research topics.
The topics covered include random disordered systems, universality, multi/many-particle Anderson model, random processes, statistical mechanics and interacting particle systems.
We plan to have mini-courses in the morning and talks in the afternoon so we particularly invite graduate students and Postdocs to come.
Confirmed speakers include B. Virag, L. Erdös, A. Elgart, M. Aizenman, K. Khanin, P. Müller, P. Hislop, A. Bovier, X. Zeng, T. Krüger, M. Cranston
The Conference is sponsored by Nucleus Millenium Stochastic Models of Complex and Disordered Systems together with the Center for Mathematical Modeling – U. de Chile, the Faculty of Mathematics – Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and the Departament of Mathematics and Physics – University of Magallanes .

The Second Mini Summer School in Probability and Stochastic Processes, organized by the Nucleus and the Center for Mathematical Modeling (CMM) at Universidad de Chile, will take place between January 6 and 8, 2016. The first version took place at CMM in January 2015.
The goal of the mini summer school is to cover subjects of research of probability of current interest at an introductory level and in an informal setting. We hope to generate a space for discussion and foster new interactions between scientists in Chile and the region.
Organizers: Joaquín Fontbona (U. Chile) and Daniel Remenik (U. Chile).

The workshop Disordered Models of Mathematical Physics will take place in July 21-24, 2015, in Valparaíso, Chile. It is a Satellite Meeting of the XVIII International Congress on Mathematical Physics, to be held in July 27 – August 1, 2015, in Santiago, Chile.
The main focus of the workshop will be recent developments in probabilistic models arising from problems in mathematical physics.
The workshop is sponsored by Nucleus Millenium Stochastic Models of Complex and Disordered Systems together with the Center for Mathematical Modeling – U. de Chile and the Faculty of Mathematics – PUC.
Organizing committee: Joaquín Fontbona (U. Chile), Gregorio Moreno (PUC), Alejandro Ramírez (PUC) and Daniel Remenik (U. Chile).
Scientific committee: Charles Newman (Courant), Jeremy Quastel (U. Toronto), Vladas Sidoravicius (IMPA).
The workhop Topics in Random Media will be held in Santiago, Chile on Thursday and Friday before the SPA of Buenos Aires. It will feature minicourses on RWRE by A. Fribergh and Ch. Sabot, and a minicourse on Regularity Structures by L. Zambotti. In addition, there will be a small number of talks.
